| Pump Efficiency Improvement & Renovation |
Manufacturer's testing results indicated a 7% efficiency improvement on this new pump which was protected with Belzona's low surface energy coating, which also is approved for potable water contact by the NSF(National Sanitation Foundation) and the UK's Water Resources Advisory Scheme.

Belzona® 1000 Series rebuilding grade compounds can restore and protect pump casings and impellers damaged from erosion - corrosion, wear and cavitation.

Belzona® 2000 Series Elastomers can be used to manufacture components such as these lobes from a solids handling pump.

| Mechanical Repair |
Shaft damage can be repaired in-place with a Belzona® Know-How forming technique. Shafts also can be repaired with Belzona by machining. Keyways, bearing housings, scored rams, and many other types of equipment can be restored with Belzona for a fraction of replacement cost.

The wall thickness of this aeration float tube was severely reduced. With minimum downtime, the tube was rebuilt and put back into service with Belzona Wear Resistant Polymers.
